Birth Services
Prenatal Visits
You will have a prenatal visit with each doula of our New Life Doulas team - a total of 3 visits prior to your birth. Visits take place in the comfort of your home and cover a range of topics such as birth plan development, stretches to ease pregnancy and labor, and comfort techniques to draw on during birth.
Monthly Gatherings
New Life Doulas hosts monthly gatherings for you to further bond with your doula team, learn and practice pregnancy and labor tips and techniques, and build community with other expectant families.
Birthing Guidance
Your New Life Doulas team promises to offer unwavering, personalized support to you and your family throughout your birthing journey. We will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer anything needed. Once requested, support will be continuous from labor through
the early postpartum period.
Postpartum Support
One postpartum visit is included in your Birth Doula support package. During this visit, the doula who supported you through your birth will visit your home to check in on your transition into parenthood. She will revisit your birth story, help you process your new role, and connect you with appropriate resources. Additional visits may be purchased for extra postpartum or lactation support.
